AQUABLADZ SWIMMING CLUB
Aquabladz New Plymouth Swimming Club is affiliated to Swimming Taranaki and Swimming New Zealand.
We cater for competitive and non-competitive members and we encourage families to join up and discover swimming.
We are based at both the Methanex Bell Block Aquatic Centre and Todd Energy Aquatic Centre where we encourage and support swimmers of all capabilities to get involved with swimming and to develop this essential life skill. We promote and encourage an environment where the whole family can get involved and contribute to the success of each swimmer and the success of the club.
LEARN TO SWIM
Start classes with BWF Aquatics
BWF Aquatics provide Learn to swim school for ages 3yrs and up.
Our coaches will help provide the stepping stone skills to start your racing involvement as a club member.
Arrange an assessment. Our coaches will assess you and place you in the correct level of Learn to Swim class. This will enable you to hone your skills to get better technique and speed with others at the same level.
TRAINING
Growing swimmers to be the best they can be.
As a club we aim to provide a fun environment to help kids get into the racing side of swimming either at a club, local or national level.
